Some classes are free to the public; others may require a membership and/or class fee.
If you have music skill or knowledge to share, we encourage you to teach or lead a class at The Center. Teachers may lead classes or present lectures for free or for a fee. Memberships support The Center’s expenses. Contact us to learn more.
We offer classes for children and young people (see below). Tallapoosa County children participate free.

Fridays, 2:45-3:45 August 11-September 1 Early Grades Music & Movement
Kindergarten – 2nd grade. Four weeks of Grades K-2 Music at DPAC. Singing and movement. ENROLL HERE
Play Traditional Music
Thursdays, 2;45-5:00 August 17 – October 5 Mountain Dulcimer Class
1st – 7th Grades Kids who have mountain dulcimers will learn to play and sing traditional music. 1st-7tth graders.

Mondays, 3:00-4:30 August 21 – December 15 Elementary Musical Theatre
3rd – 6th Grades Kids will sing, dance, and act in a musical to be presented December 14 & 15.

Tuesdays, 2:45-4:00 August 22 – November 28 Children’s Art Classes.
3rd – 5th Grades Kids will learn Elements of Art as they complete art projects in class with Everything’s Art’s teachers.
